Aishath Nihad is an experienced IT professional who has been working in the Information Technology Department of Bank of Maldives Plc for 20 years. She joined the bank in 2003 and has held various positions before becoming the Manager - Technical Support in 2015. As the head of the IT Helpdesk, she provides technical support and assistance to staff, and guides team members in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for both normal and high-priority cases. Nihad is also proficient in developing applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. Her expertise in Microsoft Power Platform has earned her the Super User status on the Microsoft Power Apps community for her contribution in 2022. She is an active and valuable member of this community. Nihad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information System with Business Studies - First Class Honours from Middlesex University, UK, which she obtained in 2003. With her wealth of experience and knowledge in the field, she has become an asset to Bank of Maldives Plc.
