Fathmath Neesha is a skilled software engineer with experience in designing and developing a diverse range of software solutions in various sectors, including e-commerce, Human Resource Management, Education, and Insurance. In addition to her technical expertise, Neesha is deeply involved in community leadership. She has been an active contributor to efforts aimed at building the Maldivian startup ecosystem, having led the organization of Startup Weekend Maldives - Women's Edition and served on the organizing team for multiple Startup Weekend Maldives events. Neesha is also a co-founder of Women in Tech Maldives, an NGO that seeks to inspire, empower, and celebrate women in the Maldivian Science and Tech industry.
