Niuma is an experienced information technology professional and Advisory Member of Women in Tech Maldives, a non-profit organization committed to inspiring and empowering women in science and technology. Over the past 11 years, Niuma has held leadership roles in formulating and implementing programs aimed at promoting women in STEM. Currently, she is the Data Analytics and Engineering Manager at the Bank of Maldives, where she shares her expertise in the field and contributes to creating a safe cyber environment for children. Niuma is dedicated to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and encouraging the younger generation to take up STEM fields. Through her efforts, she hopes to increase the participation of young women in the field and foster an inclusive workforce for future generations.
