Yasmeen Ibrahim Sobir is an accomplished IT professional who currently works as Manager, Business Systems, Business Systems Department, Technology Division at the Bank of Maldives. With a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance from Charles Stuart University, Australia. Her extensive expertise in Project Management and Coordination is evident through her PRINCE2 Basic and Practitioner level qualifications, as well as years of Project Management work experience at Bank of Maldives PLC. Previously, Yasmeen worked in the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, where she executed and coordinated projects supported by key donors. She also worked with IDB to complete major economic projects, including Addu Link Road, 4 Regional Hospitals & 2 Secondary School projects. She initiated the first phase of Islamic Banking in the Maldives in 2009. Yasmeen is committed to achieving operational excellence through project delivery, and her dedication to fostering collaboration between stakeholders and teams is a testament to her excellent communication and leadership skills.
